Returns and Repairs

  • We do not provide refunds.
  • However, we do allow exchanges and repairs free of charge within the first 3 weeks of obtaining your product.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your product or damage has occurred within the first 3 weeks, please email me at chezzajewelry@gmail.com for coordination or fill out the contact form under "Contact".
  • If anything happens to your piece beyond three weeks we will absolutely repair your piece for a small fee. Fee will be based off of an assessment of your piece.
  • No refunds or exchanges for custom orders. Repair policy does apply.
